Rust Converter-Environmentally friendly

Application

Used for various grades of iron and steel, cast iron, etc., only with the rust of the effect, no damage to the steel matrix, does not affect the mechanical properties of steel.

Usage

With brush, roller brush, spray gun and other tools, the product will be coated on the surface of the rusty steel workpiece, 15~20 minutes will form a dry black protective film, 3-5 hours after the derusting reaction can be completed the subsequent coating process.
For the surface of the workpiece with serious rust and floating rust, remove the floating rust first, and then paint.

Precautions

The product is weak acid, no corrosion to the skin but irritating, avoid splashing into the face, eyes.When the surface of the object is obviously damaged, it is necessary to refill the spray.
Keep this chemical out of reach of children, especially avoid accidental ingestion. In case of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.It can be used with time and cannot be exposed to air for a long time.
During construction, ensure that the metal surface is dry without water and dust (outdoor construction shall not be early morning - dew).
